Partner support ecosystem
BridgeMinds Alliance
A coordinated partner network so people receive a complete support pathway, not a list of phone numbers.

What it is
About BridgeMinds Alliance
BridgeMinds Alliance is the Foundation's coordinated partner ecosystem. It connects mental health providers, NGOs, domestic-violence organisations, housing and social services, community and faith organisations, recovery services and other resources so that a person receives one joined-up pathway of support.
How it works
- Partners agree clear responsibilities, safeguarding standards and data-sharing terms.
- Referrals are made with consent and with a named point of contact on both sides.
- Feedback closes the loop: we confirm whether contact happened and what came next.
- Gaps in the network are mapped and addressed before promises are made to people.
Who it helps
People who need more than one kind of help at once — and the organisations that want to work together properly instead of handing out disconnected referrals.
How it connects to support
BridgeMinds is where the whole Foundation reaches outward. Every other program can route a person into a partner service — and partners can route people back into AngelMinds, HelpMe2 or Strangers Care.
Where it operates
Across the Mental Help Foundation network — Mental Help America, Mental Help Africa and all five African country branches.

Accountable referral
A referral is not complete because a phone number was shared. Partners accept responsibility and provide feedback, and no partnership proceeds without safeguarding and data-protection review.
Connected programs
No program stands alone
Support rarely fits inside one program. These are the ones this work connects with most closely.
