About HelpMe2
HelpMe2 is the Foundation's substance-use and recovery support program. It offers education and prevention, support for families, recovery navigation, and connection to qualified treatment and recovery resources — in language that respects people rather than shaming them.

How it connects to support
HelpMe2 works with AngelMinds for supportive first contact, BridgeMinds Alliance partners for treatment, detox, housing and recovery services, and Strangers Care where hardship stands in the way of treatment.

Language and care
We use person-centred language and refuse to use stigma, shock or humiliation as motivation or as a fundraising device. HelpMe2 does not provide clinical treatment or medical detox; it connects people to services that do.
